Frequently asked
Pricing questions, answered.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any direction. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No refund games, no minimum commitment beyond a single month.
What counts as an article?
Any successful generation that the editor accepts as a draft in the studio. Failed generations, retries, and rejected outputs do not count. Audio scripts and headline-lab variants are separate surfaces with their own quotas.
Do you bill monthly or annually?
Both. Monthly contracts are friction-free for trial; annual contracts get a meaningful discount and locked-in pricing. We invoice in INR for Indian customers and accept bank transfer or UPI.
What if my newsroom is bigger than Network?
Talk to us. Network is the largest published tier; if you run multiple mastheads with cross-pollination needs, on-prem requirements, or a custom Cultural Knowledge Graph integration, we will quote a bespoke contract.
Are there setup fees?
None on Indie or Hyperlocal. Daily includes a one-time voice training engagement (we ingest 200 to 2,000 of your existing articles, build the Voice Card, and walk the desk through editorial review). Network includes a deployment engagement.
Can I get a custom plan?
Yes. If you need a slice of Daily but at Hyperlocal volumes, or extra Voice Cards for a specific edition, we cut a custom plan. No tier here is a wall.
Ready to see VartaForge in your voice?
A 30-minute demo. We come prepared with a Voice Card sample drawn from your masthead's archive.
