What we work on

The work.

Voice-faithful AI for Indian-language newsrooms. Voice Cards mining stylometric fingerprints from real publication corpora. Multilingual generation that respects the cadence and register of nine Indic scripts. Editorial workflow tooling that ends with a human approval, every time.

The stack is Python on the API, React (Vite) for the studio, Astro for this site, Postgres, Gemini for the LLM tier. Indic NLP is a first-class concern, not a translation afterthought.

Who we hire

The kinds of work we want help on.

Indic NLP and computational linguistics. Devanagari / Tamil / Telugu / Bengali script handling, sentence segmentation in low-resource registers, headline pattern mining, register-aware language modeling.
Newsroom production engineering. People who have actually shipped a daily edition under a 7pm deadline, who know what an editor needs from a drafting tool, and who can build it end-to-end.
Sales engineering for media. Trust-building with editors and publishers, demo-driven sales for a market that does not buy software through self-serve checkout.
Frontend craftspeople. Editorial UX is the differentiator. Typography, motion, dark mode, and Indic-script rendering need to be felt, not just rendered.
